Tift for Wednesday
For this week's song, here's the beautiful Tift Merritt singing "Another Country," the title track off an album that was released this week. She gets a little bit of help from Buddy Miller on the choruses here. (And for the friend/reader who's waiting for this CD and another in the mail, they're coming. I'm evil, I know.)

I went to high school with Tift, and she was as talented and genuine and delicate and impressive then as she is now. Of course she was but a gifted girl then...she shines on the world's stage as a woman to be admired now. I'm so happy you appreciate her. Yet another reason I love your site.
